Here are answers to some common questions. 

  • What is a life coach?

    Gaining clarity for the direction of one’s life is one of the main focuses of a life coach.  Another goal of a life coach is to help you bring to light or expose beliefs and values that don’t serve you. Coaching focuses more on where you are and want to be, unlike therapy or counseling. It helps you maximize your potential and raise your standards above mediocrity. 

  • How does life coaching work?

    Life coaching provides a faster way to achieve your goals. It helps you to become more outcome and focus-driven using the tools and techniques of life coaching. Life coaching helps you identify available options you may not have considered.  

  • How is life coaching different from therapy or counseling?

    Coaching and counseling both provide a support system for strength and clarity, coaching deals with where you are now and where you want to be. Counseling and therapy deal with past trauma, being more coping and healing oriented, whereas coaching is action-orientated.  

  • Who can have a life coach?

    Anyone can have a life coach, however those who have a deep desire for change, a need for direction and a focus on achieving better utilizes this venue.  It’s been stated that people who have a life coach remain focused and gain quicker results.  

  • What happens in a coaching session?

    Goal setting is key. Ensuring a clear and definite path to outcomes is also key. Reviewing actions and achievements from previous sessions and looking at general progress made.We will look at obstacles to progress. We will look at what actions and behaviors worked and which ones did not work and discuss formulating new action steps.  

  • Where does coaching take place?

    Much of my coaching takes place online over Skype or Zoom as I coach people worldwide. Online coaching has been one of the most effective and convenient ways for individuals to take time out of their busy schedules.  I do offer face-to-face coaching that can take place in a coffee shop or outside in nature. 

  • How long are the coaching sessions?

    Coaching sessions are approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Coaching sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. On average, people choose to meet bi-weekly to give ample time for action steps to be completed easily before next session. 

  • How much does it cost?

    The cost of coaching varies depending on what is required by the client and the type of coaching offered.  Most believe the cost of having a life coach is a minimal price to pay for the life-changing experience you will have. 

  • What payments do you accept?

    I accept all payment methods for Life Coaching and my Masterclass. Please feel free to email or text me for the list of options. I do have CashApp listed for my MasterClass, but will certainly accomodate other payments. 

  • What are the benefits of coaching?

    The biggest benefit of coaching is that it is a self-investment. Having a coach is having someone who has your best interests at heart. You can have access to your coach when things get a little overwhelming. You get a person who is non-judgmental, encouraging, and supportive as they guide you in focusing on what is most important. Coaching focuses on where you want to be and keeps you motivated to move forward. In addition, coaching helps to uncover hidden beliefs that sabotage your growth and success. 

  • Are you available for speaking engagements?


    Yes.  I am available for speaking engagements for churches, women’s groups, retreats, workshops, conferences, graduations, businesses, or other gatherings. 


  • Do you do small group coaching?

    Yes.  Group coaching clients benefit not just from the coaching process, but also from peer learning with others often referred to as collective learning.  Some have been known to start their coaching journey in a group setting and then move to an one-on-one  setting to work on more personal goals and action plans.
